I downloaded this skin program from download.com called Vista Transformation Pack 6, but is doesn't have all the features I was hoping for. I'm not looking for the 3D flip, but can I download something that will give me that cool black taskbar or the transparent windows?

Neowin.net has a hacked uxtheme.dll and some themes in their forums. One of them is a vague imitation of Vista. Also, you could "acquire" Windowblinds and use a theme that even gives you translucent windows.

yes you can you can download the vista walpaper and the skin program why not just buy vista
