In church one sunday morning, my pastor stands beside me and is bending down to tie a shoe. I notice His fly open. I didn't say anything but listened "or tried to the message. Would you have told him?

With pleasure
;-)

I was once directing a choir and realized during intermission that I had gone through the entire first set with an open fly. I would dearly have loved someone to mention it to me.

Definitely, although I would have told him before he began to give the message with a whisper in his ear.

Yes. You noticed before thet service, and he would have zipped it, and nobody else would have noticed. Chances are everyone did.
Next time, tell him! (or anyone else for that matter)

No, Yes, Maybe. I wouldnt want to embarass the person so if no one was to close to myself or him I might whisper it to him.
