Unless the house was rented, real estate records are open to the public. As best possible, narrow the time frame, and check w/ the county clerk to where you can search the deed indexes. Starting about 1970, look for a McKeever as grantor (person who sells the property), in order to locate his/her full names. Some counties also have tax rolls online. This is assuming that the house has been sold sometime in the last 30 yrs. Hopefully this will give you the dad's name to search. He may be cooperative if he knows there really is a medical reason.
Marriage records are also public, if Amy remained in the same county. No guarantee she is still married to same person.
Another option is to locate the newspaper serving Urbanna, and place an ad in there. Many people are not online, much less here in yahoo answers.
Is it likely Amy graduated from high school there? What year? Most high schools know of reunion committees.
A John McKeever, born 1937, died 2001 in Urbana. You should be able to get his obituary through the newspaper, to see if he is related (grandfather?)
