get skinny quick diets like that enable you to lose weight quickly, but when you stop the diet and start eating normally again the weight comes back fast. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you put in your body/day. I suggest this regimen:
1. drink a lot of water.
2. eat breakfast at 6:30 every morning
3. keep your heart level up for at least 2 hours/day
4. eat lunch consisting of fruits and vegetables and meat at 12:00pm
5. eat a snack at 3pm of fruit
6. eat a light supper no later than 6:30pm.
The reason that I say start at 6:30am is because it will stimulate your metabolism and the earlier you eat, the more breakfast you can eat
The reason that I say at least 30 min of aerobic exercise/day is because the longer that you keep your heart rate up the more energy you burn.
The reason that I have put you on a schedule of times to eat is because this schedule keeps your metabolism up. The later that you eat supper, the more likely that the calories that you consume at dinner will turn to fat.
I suggest a lot of water because it has no calories and it aids the digestive process. I suggest fruit and vegetables because they do not have many calories and they digest easily.
Eat nuts in the morning because they are difficult to digest and will keep you full longer.
Good luck getting into shape.
By the way, if you run for at least 30 minutes/day you can go out to eat 1 time per week.

They are gimmicks. If you want to lose weight, you need to start with a program that you can do for the rest of your life! Anyone who has lost weight and kept it off knows that the weight loss journey requires a life-style change, not just a quick fix and some pills. Otherwise, the weight will easily be regained once you stop what you were doing.

They are all gimmicks... they all use stimulants and diuretics to get you to lose a little water weight, none of them will cause you to lose any fat. This is why all of them suggest you use thier pills with a Low Calorie diet for best results. They know its the diet that would cause the fat loss, not the pills.

Diet supplements don't have to undergo any tests or regulations by the FDA. So unlike legitimate drugs (prescriptions or over the counter) they don't have to have any material proof that they do what they say they do. Basically, they can say they will turn you blue and make you fly, and they're allowed. The best way to lose weight is good old diet and exercise. Every pharmacist I've worked with has said this, and they know what they're talking about.

If diet pills really worked we would have heard about it. There has to be solid scientific proof but none of the companies have managed that yet.

The first one that does will make a mint.

I think the ones you mention are ok,have used Hoodia myself BUT are no magic pills you STILL Have to make dietary changes like cut out but if absolutely can't cut way down on SUGAR.Consider where Hoodia comes from and the dietary habits of the people there-very different from our unhealthy diets. To lose weight you still Have to use up more calories than you take in for then no extra calories unused foir all unused calories are stored as fat. To lose weight and keep it off and BE HEALTHY You also must learn to eat Healthy and to Walk,Jog MOVE.Dance, workout etc. Eat Lean Meat-turkey chicken fish, cut out Most Fast Food and Pstries,Sweets-eat Vegetables,Fruit-Drink WATER-you must drink water to lose weight 7-8 glasses each day. I rewarded myself with a treat Once a Week either Ice Cream,a "PIECE" of cake,or Pie or whatever I really liked unti I learned to be able to eat a very small piece and then stop.I also do NOT have the foods I shouldn't have or will eat a bunch of in the House. I always have apples, raisins, apricots Tomatoes Walnuts(a small handful for high in fat but the good fat and high in protein-great for your hair for if I get a real urge for Sweet a handful of raisins(also learned to eat one at a time) or apple will satisfy the craving. At least now i'm getting nutrients with the natural sugar. I've even found Bread at Kroger with no sugar(can't tell) I still enjoy french fries but (not fast food fries for way too high in bad fat) but bake not fried. Wish you luck,success--if very hard for you join Weight Watchers-$15.per meeting-gt a lot of support and learn to eat good but healthy food even desserts. Can buy the food or go o their web site for can get recipes on line. Its the most successful of all the plans.

Diet pills work for people that are really overweight. I don't think it necessarily works for people that want to lose 2-4lbs. I have tried diet pills and they have never worked for me. If you want to lose weight, my advice is don't eat after 6pm. I lost 4lbs this way. Don't eat refined sugar and don't drink carbonated drinks. And excercise regularly.

Hope that helps.
