All right, truth is, we guys are idiots. You leave any doubt in our minds as to what you really mean, we may misinterpret, even if we try to convince ourselves otherwise.
So I would be careful with the flirting, as it may be miscommunication, deliberate or otherwise.

It's dangerous territory. Everyone interprets flirting differently, for one.
Actions speak louder than words. I would interpret it as just manipulation.
If you're going to flirt then flirt. If not, don't.
