Well there are ads in the baby magazines all the time. You can locate a lawyer and go from there also. There are tons of websites out there as well. This will be a long drawn out process and can get very discouraging.. but well worth it in the long run. A friend adopted from Guatamala.. it cost her 30,000.00. I was adopted my parents used a lawyer, it was alot less money. Things are so much different now and all these agencies have to profit somehow. I wish you all the luck on this long journey.
