You won't find a good reputable breeder for that dog at that price. If you do find one at that price, assume that something's wrong with it.

brussels griffon terriers are a wonderful dog but have begun to gain popularity as they have been featured in TV and movies. Unfortunately as demand has gone up supply cannot match so prices have gone up and may seem expensive but the dogs are well worth the price they cost if purchased from a reputable breeder.
