I WAS USING THE STRIP TWICE A DAY FOR 3 DAYS ,MY TEETH WERE GETTING VERY SENSATIVE AND THEY WERE HUTING FOR TWO DAY WELL BECAUSE I STOPPED WHAT COULD BE THE REASON? HAS THIS HAPPENED TO YOU OR IS IT JUST ME?

This happened to my boyfriend as well. He already knew ahead of time that he had sesitive teeth. Stop using them for a while and then go back to them whenever your teeth have regained some the enamel. From my experience, there really isn't much change in the whiteness of the teeth after three days of use anyway. Hope this helps!

they are ok to whiten teeth,, but you are better of getting them whiten professional either doing trays for a few weeks and/or brite smile which is a few $$ more, and then maintaining it by getting yourself sonicare toothbrush... I did the tray about 5 years ago and for yr people rave how white my teeth are, and they still do....

ya those are powerful i had to stop using them too
i used about half the box and then i had to quit
my teeth were throbbing
