It looks a bit like yoghurt. Comes in plastic boxes similar to those of cottage cheese. Tastes like heaven =)

You should be able to find it in the cheese section at any major supermarket - Carrefour, NTUC, Cold Storage, Giant etc.

You can get sour cream in Singapore from supermarkets like Jason's, Market Place, Cold Storage, etc. It is usually found near butter or cheese shelves. The packaging is similar to yogurt or cream cheese.

I do not know, never having been to Singapore, but if you cannot find it it is simple to make.

Take a pot of cream or yoghurt - as thick as you can - and add a few drops of lemon juice to taste. Simple as that!

I am not sure that natives of singapore eat a lot of dairy though, but I might be wrong.

I bought it before at NTUC. I believe all the supermarkets have it. It looks like a normal yoghurt container. But note that you have to whipped it because it looks like one clump of white stuff. Just keep stirring with a fork or spoon, it works the same way.
