I spent the all last Friday and Saturday with the guy I've had a crush on forever (with 5 other girls, but still it was cool) for a school thing. Everyone was flirting with him becasue he was the only guy that got to come with us. We were flirting the whole time and on the ride home he fell asleep on my shoulder. Now back at school we talk, but he dosn't act the same sweet, funny guy that he was when his friends weren't around. He still talks to me alot, and when it's just us he's good, but when others are around he's not the same, and i miss the real him. Why does he do this? And what's the real him. Guys who answer please explain the male mind to me. PLEASE!!!!

The male mind can be screwed with by hormones and/or pressure. hat is why he probably does that stuff. When it's just with you, he can express how he really feels. When he's near friends, he has to make sure he doesn't say something that get's his friends to make fun of him. You cound say that we "cover our minds with blankets." We (males) or he, since it's hard to explain with we, will only take them all off if you're the only person that he's near phisically.

im a guy i know that the first time a thing like tgis happened to me i was putting it on but as time went on i gradully began to love the other person u know what u have right now is the real him begin to let him fell comfortable around u hope this helps

he is a guy, they all have to play the macho, non sappy, idiot tough guy in front of their friends. BOTH his personalities are the real him he is just too immature yet to realize it doesnt make you less of a man to show affection or respect to a woman in the company of his other macho, bozo idiot friends...the male mind..if there is sex to be had,,, get it....money to be made make it....keep a standard for reputation....but inside they are all saps in the beginning, end up taking advantage of a good woman with their bozo macho crap, lose the good woman and turn into helpless victims who cant live without us.

He likes you. However, he's being self-conscious and is afraid that if he acts like his normal self, you won't like his normal self. Tell him you like his normal self better.
