What are the projected costs associated with this? Is the construction project at Patrick Henry HS over budget?

According to an article in the Roanoke Times on Tues. 2/6/07, it's uncertain. I am pasting the 1st 2 paragraphs of the article, and will put the link to the entire article, for you to read yourself, at the end.

"A new, state-of-the-art William Fleming High School is set to break ground this summer, but Roanoke City Council and the school board are now engaged in a late standoff over its funding.

Unless the council or the school board soon reach a compromise, part of Fleming's $57 million budget could be in jeopardy -- or the project could be delayed."
