contact your employer (HR or payroll), and request from them. they're required to keep them on record for several years as well!

You will need to contact your employer/employers to get a new copy of a W-2. The IRS will not give you a copy.

Contact either the employer's HR dept or the IRS, either of which can get you a copy. The employer obviously would be faster....

You won't be able to get them from the IRS for at least a year. You should get them directly from your employer.
