i am 14 i play on a volleyball team 2 hours a day. and ride horses(which is quite a workout). i eat pretty healthy granola bars, apples, ect. i have had weight problems before but lost 20 pounds by cutting down. it seems i have gained it all back. i need to loose at least 10 pounds in exactly 30 days to fit in to a showmanship outfit for my breed demo.i am NOT looking to use pills. im too young. and my wight is more in my hips and thighs. thanks!!!
