Are you kidding? If everyone who didn't want children didn't have them, the world wouldn't be choking with overpopulation, and abandoned and abused kids!

Having no children is not wrong and no sinful. But it should not be as your intention if there is no strong reason.Allah in the holy Qur'an spoke that humans do not be affraid of poor because God gives us subsistence or livelihood..Please imagine if all of humans in this world have no children step by step all humans will be disappeared from this world.Allah created humans in this world for making a continuing life in prosperous society by working together among us.Having a good children (sholeh and sholehah)who do the good things and help and love each other and respect to their parents is better than having no children. The children can ask in their prayer for God's forgiveness of their parents'sin. They can look after their parents in the old days.A family will be hapier if they have child too.

Well, if a homosexual relationship is wrong according to Christians, because the can't procreate, then yes, it would be sinful to choose not to have kids probably.
According to that same logic, it should also be a sin if somebody chose to stay single all his/her life.
It's not my religion, so I honestly have no idea of the concept of sin. I see many parents treat their kids in a way that I would call a 'sin'. Threatening kids with "hell" should be called a sin, for example.

Contraire. The biggest sin is committed by the Pope, and the Menonites, and the Amish leaders by encouraging large families in an overpopulated world.
Why do they do that? Because all three of these religious Empires depend on large familes to provide them with new members.
As an adult, would even consider becoming a Catholic, Menonite, or Amish unless you forced to do so?

i think that it is a whole lot more wrong to have children just becuase you feel obliged or because everyone says you should and it's wrong not to, and then be a terrible parent and neglect your children or make them feel unwanted. If you don't want children and are honest with yourself and know you'll be to selfish to have children then you probably shouldn't as you're not gonna be a good parent or role model.

Absolutely NOT.
In some cases, deciding not to have children is the best, most blessed thing a person could do.
According to Christian belief, Jesus didn't have children.

I think I have to know what is the reason you choose not have children.
I feel what you maybe are wrong but maybe if the reasons are good that's the right thing to choose.

not at all. I feel that some people who have children are just selfish.
Ive chosen not to have children... alot of people look surprised when I mention it to them. I tell them that I dont want to have kids just because my parents or inlaws want grandchildren - they dont have to raise them and deal with it.

No, it's not wrong.
It's a decision that only those concerned can answer and feel comfortable with.
A saying I heard many years ago -
Opinions are like As*holes; everybody has one.
However, only the opinions of those directly involved should count.
