You really shouldn't be getting frequent stomach aches or many at all unless you are sick. If you are getting everyday or more than 2 times a week, you might want to consider seeing your doctor. You could have something serious like an ulcer or something as simple as heartburn/acid reflux.

Really, you should not be getting any stomach aches at all. When you do it is largely due to your stomach not liking the food you put in it or the quantity of food in your stomach. If they occur often than it could be something like acid reflux disease.

Maybe 1/4.
When you speak with an Md have them check and see if you have a yeast overgrowth. (they will not naturally think of this)
Stay away from sugar, limit carbs it causes the gas therefore the bloating because this is the effect of feeding the bad yeast in your intestines.

None! Check your diet and cut out coffee, sodas, salty and spicy foods. Maybe it will eliminate your tummy aches.
