It could be anything. Try taking note of where you are when it happens, specifically, and who is around, what's going on in the day, what you are thinking about, what you eat and drink everyday prior to the headache.
It could be something stressful at a certain time everyday, for instance, coming out of a morning briefing or having to play nice with someone you don't like.
It could be something in the air, such as air freshener in the bathroom or someone's perfume.
It could be something in the walls or in the office equipment, like mold or copier toner.
It could be eyestrain from your computer or the glare coming in from a window onto your screen.
Maybe you don't work in an office. If you work in some form of industry, factory, or outdoors, there are countless chemicals or pollens that could be starting to bother you.
It could be that by 10am whatever the irritant is since you got there, it is finally saturating your system to the point that it bothers you.
It could be that your early morning coffee has worn off and you need a little buzz.
You could try some sort of non-drowsy antihistimine, lots of headaches are caused by allergies.
It is flu season...
You could ask around and see if anyone else is noticing something like this too.
If it doesn't clear up get a physical or see an allergist.

Well...you could be allergic to your job. Just kidding. It could be a lot of things. Do you eat breakfast? Is there something that has changed at work - lights, noise, computers? If it gets bad I would see a doctor

If you drink caffeine have you changed your intake habits that may cause withdrawal symptoms? Think about what might be different for the past few weeks that could cause this?

Do you drink coffee? or reduced the amount? I get a headache about that time if I don't drink my regular coffee.
It's a side effect of the caffine apparently

It sounds like a sugar-low or a protein-low to me. Try having a protein snack, high in fiber at this time.....a boiled egg, some yogurt, or an apple.... If that doesn't work, see your doc!

Do you usually drink coffee? If you do you might be addicted. Or maybe you don't sleep enough.
