Some Females will do this. Trust me I have had a couple, no matter how clean the litter box was. Try putting her and the litter box in the bathroom for a full day, That worked for one of my girls!! I think she did not want to share her litter box. If any other Cats are in the house maybe she is like that !!!

Not really, but it happens occasionally. And, unless you are a breeder she SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE KITTENS! Get her spayed after the birth of this litter.
