I'm trying to think of a good dinner plan for my and my sweetie on Valentine's day. I am a pretty good cook, so no mac and cheese ideas thanks. lol

PS He loves snow crab legs - what goes well as a meal with them?

Sam's Club has the best crab legs at a really good price. Steak goes well with crab. Rice Pilaf and brocolli would be good sides with just crab.

If you don't do crab, a very romatic and elegant dinner for two is ChateauBriand which is grilled beef tenderloin. It is very romantic and traditionally prepared for two. I have made it myself. Don't be scared to do it. It is pretty easy. Here is a recipe: http://www.recipezaar.com/57462

Yum! I love crab legs too. Asparagus or corn on the cob goes well as well as red skinned potatoes.
