You are not allowed to sell script meds on E-bay. sorry. And, yes, the BC pills are stable for many many years past that date. Ask any pharmacists. The idiots above who told you that they will suddenly plummet in effectiveness are nuts....

you are NOT allowed to sell it over ebay. It is a prescription drug and can only be obtained if you have a prescription from a physician at a pharmacy. The medication is good until April 30, 2007. You COULD technically still take the medication after it's expiration date. However, there is a decrease in effectiveness of the medication after the expiration date. The expiration date is set so that the drug is 90% potency (assuming 100% potency at time of manufacturing). If you are using the pills for acne or other reasons, then it should be fine to use. However, if you are using the meds as birth control, you probably don't want to take the chance of the pills failing. Since, if they do fail, you'll end up with an unwanted pregnancy.

The expiration date is date when the manufacturer will guarantee it is still 90% effective. It's only February, so as long as you take it before the expiration, it's fine. No, you can't sell prescription drugs yourself legally in the US on ebay or anywhere else.
