Pantene is awesome! Just after a couple uses I notieced my hair lots softer and shinier. They also make a moisturizing mask cream or something...it comes in a jar. My friend has done the same things as you with her hair and it looked horrible but she began using the pantene moisturizing cream stuff and VO5 hot oil and her hair looks much nicer.

Not washing your hair often, applying to much heat, over processing or over coloring may destroy your hair. When you get extra time and or money go to a hair salon and get the ends of your hair trimmed. Also try using Pantine Pro-v it's excellent for all types of hair, it adds bounce, shine, and even protein!!!!

Pantiene and Herbal Essence are both really good, unless you get salon stuff. When you wash your hair, leave your conditioner in for at least 2 minutes as a hair mask. It does wonders, trust me. Taking Vitamin E is really great for your hair as well and it's good for your skin and nails. I use Tresseme (oooh la la!) and it works beautifully on my hair.
