If you are a foreigner, Chinese people won't be interested in establishing a friendship with you. They are merely interested in your money, that's all!

be a very open and friendly person. this doesn't mean you have to be LOUD and FUNNY. just be open to talk to people when they have an opportunity and be nice.
also, when someone looks at you, don't frown, give no expression, or look away. when someone looks at you... smile :) show those pearly whites.
if you want some more opportunities to find friends, trying joining some clubs if you're in school. if you're older, join a gym or a health club. always be open for fun and exciting events!!

Join different clubs in school. If you see someone in school, say, "Hey, want to go to the mall/movies/etc. with me tomorrow/this weekend/tonight?" Don't become part of a clique. That confines you to only being able to hang out with certain people. Hope this helps! : )

well if u meant on da internet, then go to a chatroom and if u don't know which one, then go to google.com and type in chatroom and u can pick any chatroom tat interest u. sum people make friends from all over da world or any location u pick.
