when they do have a good guy right in their face, and he/they treats them right and does anything he can and what he knows to do for them/her and she treats him like dirt or the very same way she complains guys treat her? Not all girls are the same just like not all guys are the same, but why don't they just give the nice guy a chance for once? What are your thoughts on this?

It's not that, it's just that people are never satisfied with what they have.
If you aren't giving them all that and just do something BIG once in a while, the effect is far better.
Try it.
Plus, just like women don't really know what men want, men dont know what women want. So just because you think that the plasma TV you bought for the living room for the anniversary was pretty slick, she's not enjoyin it. Or when she's blows 250$ of your salary to get her hair and nails done "for you" doesn't ring your bells. See? it's a lose/lose situation.

well i think some women are just complainers, you get guys and women like that, (more women though, lol =] ) but it might be that some women are so used to having guys treat them like that, that they just expect it. For example, my last boyfriend, he treated me like crap, and now when I come into a relationship I have that thought in the back of my mind, what if he is like my last boyfriend, which he probably isnt, you just think that automatically. So I think some women are always going to complain, and you need to just dump them and not date them, but some you just have to show that you really are a nice guy, and you mean well.

If I were to meet a nice guy; I would treat him right. Some girl tend to thing if a guy is too nice, something is wrong with him. Also, some nice guys could be unattractive. Some girls overlook the nice part and pay more attention to the looks.

both men and women tend to rush into relationships before they really get to know a person well. in the end, they eventually learn that there is a lack of compatability.. i think people should always start out as friends, and only progress to relationships once they know they have a good match. it would save all this frustration and heartbreak..
and yes, it does seem girls prefer to go for the naughty guys instead of the nice ones.. could be peer pressure forces them to date guys they don't necessarily want to be with, at least this is what happens in high school..

they go for the wrong guy , the wrong guy almost always seem right in the begining becuase they always playing some sort of game to get the woman into liking them .....and i guess they complain becuase they end up not treating them right and that they actually dont know how to look for a good man so they cant find one

Most likely because we are confused about what we want and aren't sure if we want someone like their ex-bf (meaning someone who possesses the same quality that attracted them to their ex in the first place) or something new and exciting.
Sometimes we think that the nice guy will turn out to be a jerk 'as usual', or he's too nice and we're not sure if we want that or something spontaneous once in a while. It's not right, but it's us women.

MOST girls/women like bad boys don't know why but they do. For a boy/man to treat a female nice is like telling the female I just want to be friends.

I hear ya bro woman don't know what they want.They date these guys who treat them like crap & they complain about it & they say were are all the nice guys at, maybe ladies u should open ur eyes & stop dating these guys who will break ur heart & start dating the nice guys who will treat u right.

-when women are hurt by men, we recoil from all men, so even when a nice guy comes along they can be over looked because of a previous bad relationship (she had) (for every not nice girl there is 10000 jerks out there) so ya you might feel like your in a losing battle but just wait because when the right girl for you comes along, she will surely appreciate you and do us all a favour and don't hurt her.

Yeah dude, some girls are really stupid and want to stay with the guy that treats them like doo-doo instead of the nice guy that will be for them. I will start out as friends before anything is gonna happen....( about one month friendship) see how she responds to my treatment.
