There's way too much to explain. But as a guy, I've seen lots of guys act like odd around a girl they like.
Flirty, talkative, submissive, overbearing, overcaring, sensitive, clumsy, shy, nervous, jerky, mean, embarressed, and etc. There's a lot actually.
Check out the tone of his voice and body language, then ask his friends if you want to.

if he stares at u and flirts with u and gives u alot of attention. if he's shy then he might act like he doesnt even know your around. just try talking to him and find out. good luck

he will stop talking with somone and start talking wit u if he sees you, he will definatly flirt, he will look at you all the time, he talks to you first, and these are other signs if you talk wit his friends and they always mention him to you, then thats a big sign.

about your feelings, you should tell him about that; wether he likes you or not...just face the reality and risks!
only yourself can feel if he likes you too...why wait for signs if he likes you or not before telling your feelings to him???
there`s no reason to hide your feelings!

he may be afraid of rejection like you are....too afraid to come out and really find out directly....i would say you need to find excuses to be around him and talk to him a little more. who cares if he likes you right now...the thing you really want is to be around him and get to know him right? and you need to be around him and let him get to know you? how could he resist you once he knows you...am i right? good luck
