W ell For one thing ppl do not want to get hurt. And these days the chances of that are high. And love is at some point complicated.

some people are afraid of letting their guard down, becoming vulnerable, and opening up to another person. their are afraid of getting hurt maybe they were in love in the past and got deeply hurt by that person, that would make a person be very afraid of falling in love again.
