I like this boy...and i think he likes me...how do i get his attention?

Ive liked him for awhile. and im about 80% sure he likes me back. but he is quite shy so i dont think hes ready for any kinda "askin me out" stuff cuz he thinks that i dont like him. What should I do to get his attention so he will realize that I DO like him. I don’t want to do anything irrational like ask him out or kiss him...or something but I do want something. Any help?

Well being very playful is one thing you can really do. Guys feel more comfortable when a girl is very playful towards him. I'm not talking about anything sexual. At cases like this, pushing him around would let him soften up. The fact that you are giving some physical attention to him will (maybe) want to push you around as well. Or if you ask him to do things like "HEY GIVE ME A PIGGY BACK RIDE!" hahaha unless you are shy as well. Or not only that, you can play around and like grab onto his arm when you two are walking and just be playing around. Hopefully this won't freak him out. Anyway that's what happened to me with a girl. I was very shy with her and when she would hit me or push me really hard, it made me feel more comfortable to be more playful on her. It also made it easier to be closer to her. I became more open towards her and began to always call her and text her as much as I could because I had the courage to do it. I even asked her out. You don't have to kiss him just make him know that you are interested. Just be playful and make him want to push you back hahaha.

i think i can help you with this because just like this guy i was also the shy guy. but now i have a girlfriend, the way she got my attention was by asking me if i liked her, so i said yes and long story short, we've been together for a long time now. so the best thing i would advise you to do is to ask him if he likes you, i'm pretty sure that if he does then he will say so. you don't have to make it complicated, just nice and simple. i hope everything works out fine for you guys, good luck.

Get a friend to write him a letter to meet somewhere then you show up instead of this friend and say to him that you thought this would be the only way to get some alone time with him to let him know your true feelings.....or something like that.

Umm talk to him a lot, everytime you use him if you can. Since you say he kind of likes you back, the extra attention wont bother him. Once his friends notice, they will give him courage to ask you out....AND KABOOM! New Couple!
