My boyfriend and I have been going out for a week now and his parents are going out of town from tomorrow until Saturday. We're both pretty sexual people except we wanted to wait for a little while before going beyond kissing. Unfortunately, I got my period on Monday so I really can't do anything as much as I want to. I really wanna like sit in his lap and be physical, but I just feel weird because of my stupid period. How do I even bring up the fact that I'm on my period so I can't really do anything more than just kissing, and how do I not feel bad about that?

i tell my boyfriend that i have my period and he understands and he knows that i cant do anything about it. you can still kiss and everything and you can touch him... and you can wait till its over unless it lasts a week and that would suck (sorry). and you just need to tell him or he could be thinking that your going to be doing a lot more than you can.

Hey, you're not gonna like my answer, but it's the absolute truth. So listen up:
You have no business engaging in any kind of sexual behavior until you are mature enough to say the words "I can't right now because I'm on my period". If he's not mature enough to hear those words and be respectable about it, then you shouldn't want to do anything with a stupid little boy like that.
Honesty and sex need to go hand in hand.
Be safe and always use protection...no matter what!

ok i do not understand what TTC potential yet you're scaring me lol. J/ok. you already know there is no longer something incorrect with paying for lubrication. pass to a sex save and basically purchase some. this is tremendous stuff. this is totally virtually like the actual element. That way you do not opt to be frightened. this isn't any longer that you're not to any extent further needing it or no longer excited this is only a lubrication venture. between the failings that could want to correctly be incorrect is you may want to imagine about goign on the pill. women human beings have this difficulty with birth control and that i do not understand why because it easily enables hormone administration and it feels like this is what you've. once you try to have a toddler in spite of the undeniable fact that then do not pass on it for sure yet pass with the lube element. After that try the pill and get your hormones again into structure. both that or do it now to get again into structure and then try for a toddler.

Firstly, I'd just tell him - if you are going to be intimate enough to have sex, then you have to be intimate enough to give him a heads up that you have your period.

Secondly, why can't you do anything more than kissing? Most guys I know don't mind if you're on your period (as yucky as that seems), you just have to be ready with a towel or something.

Isn't it always the way, the scene is all set with his parents going away, etc., and you get your period. Murphy's Law!

Hey, your a woman, your period is a very natural thing and it will be a part of your life for a few more decades. there is absolutly no way you should be embarassed about it and neither should he. if you want to have an honest relationship then you need to be open with him. tell him that you want to be doing more but unfortunatly, your at a time in the month when your body is uncomfortable. he will have to just deal with it. you are both mature.

How could you feel bad about something as natural as that????? And if you're ALWAYS sure, then sitting on his lap won't be a problem. Just keep it real with him. I'm sure he has a mother, or a sister, or had sex ed...he knows what a period is and if he's mature, it shouldn't embarass him too much.

Well if you are letting him see your vagina and stick things in it, you should be comfortable enough to talk to him about it.
