I do this too. Sometimes I am just in the mood for a bowl of cereal, or a nice omelet with some toast! As a matter of fact, I think I am going to have breakfast for dinner tonight!
Thanks for the inspiration..

sometimes i do. i might do it on a Wednesday night, because i dont get home until 6:30 pm or 7:00 pm. So i might scramble eggs or have a ham and cheese omlette. but breakfast is good anytime of the day.

When I make Breakfast Supper, it's usually on a Sunday night when I want something easy but filing. It always tastes like good ol' home cooking and comfort food, and we all like it. Usually some combo of biscuits, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, grits, or waffles.

I have breakfast at night a lot of the time. Sometimes when I get home from work I make me a short stack of pancakes and bacon. I don't have a lot of time in the morning and it just sounds good at night--my comfort food..

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day -- so I say eat it 2 or 3 times a day.

Do you mean a late night snack -- after 8 PM? If you are young, physically active, in good health, you might get away with it if you don't do it too often. But if you are old, you wouldn't want to be adding to the fat buildup around your organs as you sleep and the metabolic process has slowed way down.

Absolutely!!! Eggs, or omelette or egg n bacon makes a scrumptious Sunday nite dinner. My friend however likes brekkie for morning noon and nite - she even has porridge or other cereal for dinner about 4 times a week! She's a brek-a-holic!!!

Well, it is certainly healthier than a bar of chocolate.
Personally I always make up a sandwich before I go to bed because I am liable to have a hypoglycaemic attack at about 3.30 am!

It's OK go ahead and enjoy your breakfast any time you feel like it. Just be careful where you get it from.
