Me and this girl i work with are both attracted to each other.
We flirt when ever we see each other.

Thing is someone else asked her out the day before i did. She said she would have said yes if i asked first.

Since then we have been on a date/well hung out, and she said she was confused as to what she was going to do.

Would it be too over the top to put a rose under her winscreen wiper on the tuesday night before valantines?

I have a big feeling she is single (as she is flirting a lot more than usual), and will ask on friday when i next see her, but even if she is with this guy still, should i?

should i leave it annonymous or leave a note if i do. I just want to show her i do care about her.

Also is one rose enough?

A single rose and a short and sweet note or card would be perfect. This type of gesture can mean a lot to a young lady. You sound like a very thoughtful young man. Have a good night, and a Happy Valentines Day.

One, and only one! And put a small, sweet note w/it... (I once had a guy put one on my car every day for several wks, and it became rather scary because he never put a note w/it...I thought it was a stalker, becuase he never said anything to me...)

Maybe a pink one (red means love/passion and could be interpreted as a little over the top) or try purple! (My personal favorite!) Purple roses are actually more lavendar, and are hard to find, but are gorgeous, and since they are so uncommon & unusual, it will intrigue her...

Try "Just wanted you to know I was thinking about you on Valentine's Day..." for the note, and sign your name.

And if you leave it the night before, make sure your flower has one of those plastic tubes on the end of the stem w/plenty of water, or it will be all wilty in the morning. (Not a good impression!) You may want to put it there just before you know she will arrive at the car, too, if it's cold where you live--here, its been snowing for 2 wks straight, so even in 10-15 mins time it would be covered! lol

Good luck! Every girl loves a romantic gesture! :)

I say go for it. Shes probably waiting for you to make the first move and doing something like this will probably really open things up. I'd also say that her telling you that if you asked her out she would say yes is a big hint!. Go for it and leave two roses to symbolise the both of you. Ah how sweet!!. Happy Valentines!.

rose less than the windscreen wipers...........pathetic i'd say properly a note and go away someplace she'll locate it (e.g. table) and convey your self to her. then provide her a unmarried pink rose in the previous u ask her out.

Sometimes the one single perfect rose is more romantic than one might think. One rose is perfect. Unless it looks like crap, like petals falling off and everything.

Roses anywhere and in any number are sweet and romantic...
but if you want to impress her remember to mix it up a bit
