i don't know how to feel better or "happy." theres alot going on and, i don't know, it's just the fact that i always try to look at everything positive, but nothing gets better. and i'm tired of feeling the same way? any adcice other then medications.

If medications are not an option (if there is not an existing imbalance), then I would suggest getting out of self and doing for others. Meditation also keeps things from getting to crazy. It gives the mind time to rest and re-rejuvenate. Eat well balanced meals and get proper exercise as well as fresh air!

tell a friend or go see a therapist
or start writing in a journal
don't think about death
try hard

If you don't want to use medication, try exercise and proper diet. There is also "talk therapy."
