I have a file that end with xvid.avi and NARANHA.avi but windows media will not play it! I even dowloaded the latest xvid codec but nothing?
Please help and thank you

Go to www.divx.com and download the DivX bundle, even if you already had XviD ( actually XviD is a rip-off from DivX, try spelling XviD reversely ^_^ ). Then use DivX ( this is important ! some files will not work even if you have installed the codecs ! ) to play the file. Don't use Windows Media Player ( it is ugly and doesn't have many options for you to utilize such as video quality, film effects etc ). Remember, don't use Windows Media Player to play mp4/ divx/ avi files ! Hey, and check if your file has been downloaded successfully ! One reason could be : you didn't finish downloading the file !

go download K-Lite mega codec pack from www.softpedia.com or use vlc player
