Just use WORDART.
Type what you want, then "grab" the "handle" on one end of the text and drag it all the way across the text to the other end. Your text should be reversed/flipped.
Good luck.

You don't flip text like you can an object but, if it is in a text box, you can change the direction of the text.

Click the Draw button for the Drawing Toolbar.
cl the Text Box button and drag a box.
right-click in it and type your text
double-click the outline of the box
cl Format
cl Text Direction
choose one

If you don't have too much text, you can flip (among other things) with Wordart. Click the Wordart button on the Draw toolbar, type your text, o.k.

Click the text and you should get the Wordart toolbar. Experiment with the buttons. You can change text color, style, flip it horizontally, vertically, etc. Lots of good stuff.

You could create two text boxes. Now, you can't flip the text upside down, but you can rotate it 90 degrees left or right. Rotate one left and the other right, then print in Landscape mode.
