I have had Optical Migrane or Migrane Aura's for years. I have had no association with depression. Stress however is a different story and can bring them on with more frequency. Just curious, how long do yours last?

Depression comes for the belief that one is helpless, and hopeless, unable to change the conditions one is dealing with. The visual problem you are having is due to some problem with your sight....Go see an optometrist. And quit labeling yourself!!!!!
