Go to IRS.gov and they have some links for you. Every year for the last several years they had a link.

Usually there is an income requirement (less than... or in the military or law enforcement or something).

Just go to the IRS website and follow the "2007 Free File" link.
If you made $52,000 or less you will qualify for free tax services.
If you're not sure, you can use the Free File Guide to see which services you qualify for.
Some services offer free state filing, others will require a small fee. If you chose a service that doesn't have free state filing, you can always go to your state's Dept. of Revenue and see if they do.

go to www.irs.gov. If your income is under 28,000 or you qualify for EIC you can file for free from there, including e-file. You will hav to chose a vendor, I always choose TurboTax and it just asks you questions and fills your taxes out for you.
