To start out with, not just to hook up.
I dont know this guy that well and we are just getting to know each other. I feel like he doesnt like me that much, but I am not very agressive either.

And what do you think of girls who like all the attention?

I am a guy. If a girl was all over me, I'd let her at me quick. Just as quick, I'd kick her down the block.
Now if it were someone I was getting to know, and suddenly she wants to date and have a 'sleep over', I would be looking into her a little more.
Bottom line is this; If you really want to get to know him, on an intimate level, tell him. The result will be one of two things. One being, he will appreciate your honesty, and courage.
On the other hand, he might turn you down. Who knows, but one thing is for sure, you'll never know if you don't ask, and if you don't ask, and you keep on hangin on. You may get attatched from a distance, only to find, you wasted all those days, weeks, whatever of your life.
You can avoid all of that hurt, by being a little embarrassed from the start.
Who knows, he may think the same of you, but is too shy to say so.
Good Luck,
Andy

Girls who are all over you dont really leave much to the imagination, but then again if a girl just acts like a friend it also sends mixed signals...its a hard thing to do but try to find a halfway point that ur comfortable with and work from there. You dont want to show too little and have him lose interest but dont rush in and give it all away! my perfect girl is a 50/50 split between friend and lover. A little tease never hurts! As far as girls that think they need all of the attention....Yuck get over yourself there are other people besides you(not referring to you of course). Good luck with your guy friend. Most of all just be yourself!

Just be yourself! Sometimes, some flirting is good. I don't think being all over someone is a good thing, because it does look like they're just looking attention. Being yourself, being "semi-agressive" is the best way to go in my OPINION.

I honestly don't think it is that attractive if a girl is all over me, because if she's all over me, then she's probably been all over someone else. I like girls that are a good friend when you need one. It is good to have that extra perspective, instead of it being limited to my guy friends. If the guy wants you to be all over him, he doesn't like you for your personality. It's okay to not be aggressive - just be yourself. Act around him like you would around other people, and you'll be more comfortable.
