What does it mean when u call a cell and it says the # cant be reached and it gives u the code PTS6180?

it says the number is unreachable and it says PTS6180, what does this mean?

its either the phone it turned off or it has no signal!

Phone is out of service. Call the carrier for what the different codes mean.

Or, they're out of cell range and their VMail is either full, broken, or not part of their service.
