I heard that aspirin interacts with fish oil pills. So does that mean that I can't ever take any tylenol if I have aches, pains, or cramps?

I take Motrin while I'm on fish oil capsules. I'm sure it's fine-Tylenol, Motrin, aspirin, Aleve. If there were a problem, people would have to give up fish to take medicine for a headache. The fish oil occurs naturally in salmon and other fish.
If you are a teenager, you may want to check with your doctor about taking aspirin, because it can cause Reye's Syndrome. Tylenol and Motrin should be fine. My children had to take Tylenol and baby Motrin when they were little and had high fevers.

I took fish oil thirty years ago before it was popular and Tylenol did not exist. Asprin is not Tylenol. Ask a pharmacist if you are so worried. Otherwise take the tylenol when you need it and don't worry about your fish oil being less effective for a day.

What should I avoid?

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before using any other cold, allergy, pain, or sleep medication. Tylenol (sometimes abbreviated as APAP) is contained in many combination medicines. Taking certain products together can cause you to get too much acetaminophen which can lead to a fatal overdose. Check the label to see if a medicine contains acetaminophen or APAP.
Avoid drinking alcohol. It may increase your risk of liver damage while taking Tylenol.

Unknown - but you can take a swig of molasses (which has the potassium and magnesium to take care of the cramps), bananas daily are slower.
Trigger points are the cause of most pain - for more information pick up a book called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It explains how to get rid of most pain with a 75% success rate.
Wishing you no more pain.
