Be faithful and wait for him. It's all you can do. Write him letters and send him pictures, when you do get to see him you will be happy.

Well, something you could do to make him feel like he is wanted, is to send him a couple care packages. I know what it is like to be out in Iraq, It might make you feel better as well, because you are doing it for someone you love. Put a few things in them to make him think about you. Send him some emails to where you two can talk everyday, to make sure one another is alright. And about worrying about him dying, keep your head high. He dont need people worrying about what is going on in Iraq. Just pray for him and hope for the best. Hang out with friends to keep him off your mind, I know it is hard but he will be alright.

Hold on darlin, and love him. That's all you can do. Write him at least once a week and send him a care package filled with all sorts of little things that remind you of him and some things that will make him think of you at least once a month. That way you can stay connected. Above all else, don't stress him out with your worries as he's already thinking about them and he probably has all the stress and pressure he can handle. Just love him and don't think about the rest, the year will be over before you know it!

It okay to feel that way. Trust me a year goea by really fast. You will be in his arms in no time. Get a good hobby and try you hardest to wade it out. try not to think about it. focus on something good.
