How is it called? something for your finger that its easier to flip pages..?

like for example its like a little rubber or plastic and you put it in your finger..and its easier lo flip pages..like when counting them..or when need them to get sepate..please let me know whats that called..i need it for work thank you i would really appreciate it??!?!?
