Are we supposed to guess where you are? In most cases once the order is finalized, that's it, but it wouldn't hurt to call and ask.

I would think so.....if you paid the fees already. The only way to change it without losing money on the deal would be to live with the ordered plates for a year, and make the change next year at renewal time.

yes once its ordered its too late to change it,the order goes in that day as you order it,you may be stuck with it like it is,you can call and ask them,but I'm sure its this way in most states good luck i hope this help,s.
