My guy friend is being a complete jerk. He says my friends are stupid even though they are on the honor roll and book smart. He says that doesn't make a person smart being on the honor roll and it just means they have good memorization skills....What I can tell him to prove my friends are smart because they are on the honor roll and take higher math classes then most juniors? Please help....I am tired of him bashing my friends.

He has a point. If your friends are smart, no one needs to be convinced. Especially not a 'complete jerk'. If he knows your friends, he'll know they are smart. Unless they are not, in which case, keep them all separated. Test scores are not the only way to prove intelligence, knowing when to dump a jerk is more important knowledge than pythagorean theorem. I promise.

Well he does have a point. School is more about who's willing to work the hardest. And the smartest kid is not always on the honor roll. Why does he think they are stupid? What did they do to him?

Why waste your time with him.
He is not a happy person and would rather say mean things then be nice.
So do not worry about what this person says about yoru friends.

If he is a jerk..leave him. a jerk will always be a jerk. Friends are much more important...Friendship last longer.
