when your 6-11 year old daughter is raped by a full grown man and he deosn't care how small her body is he gets in all the way and doesn't care if you walk in while is has sex with her?

I don't think anything good comes from jail except that it helps keep the victim safe. there are Sex Offender treatment programs but the jury is still out over their effectiveness. If this was my daughter I would report it and hope for a long jail term and treatment. None of this will help your daughter except the knowledge that he can't hurt her from there. Get her some physical and emotional help as soon as possible and for yourself. There is a lot of healing to be done and the sooner you do this the better. If I had walked in on this I am afraid that I would have been the one who would get incarcerated. Get some help.

report it and have sent to jail, there he will feel the full wrath of the other inmates who will let him know just how it feels to have something given to you that u dont want, why r u even thinking about what u need to do, he lucky it wasnt me that walked in or his body would be in a tub of acid somewhere never to be seen again!
