good eyeliner plz?

can u plz mention name of a good quality eyeliner brand thats easy to use, doesn't smudge, stays for a while, good color.

However, other manufacturers also make good eyeliner.
For your purposes, you want one that comes in a small bottle with a tiny brush attached to the handle. It's liquid and comes in several colors.
To put it on, stretch your eyelid to the side so that no creases are on the lid. Lightly brush the eyeliner on.
If you get it too thick, you can moisten a Q-tip and wipe the excess off. You must do this while the eye liner is still wet.
With the Q-tip method, you can make an extremely thin line that otherwise would be difficult to create.

Avon is excellent. and to apply it to the top, look up while and when applying it to the bottom, look down. this will take a little practice. you want to apply it by your eyelashes, not in the rim of your eye. And NEVER pull on your eye to apply it, this will cause wrinkles later on in life.

you can always but a thin eyeliner brush and use eyeliner as well, this also works well with the eyeliner

I think, cover girl is the best. and I've used them all I always go back to cover girl, the one you screw up.
