Your skin continuously sheds cells and those cells need to b renewed-this is done when you sleep-not getting enough sleep sresses the skin which can show itself as breakouts. As a teen or young adult at least 8hrs is needed for healthy,smooth skin. It also helps to run a Humidifier esp if you have Central Air and Heat(robs moisture out of the air)during the night.Also be sure and clean skin every PM with mild cleanser like Dove and then follow with Leave-On Toner and Antiseptic ,Witch Hazel(can be found most drug stores but recommend the kind that has no alcohol(dries the skin) and contains Aloe Vera(heals the skin)The Witch Hazel kills bacteria that forms on the skin and will cause pimples. When you do get breakous get the ULTIMATE HEALING OIL-Frankincense and other oils-heals pimples just like that I guarantee it for use it-can get at Health Food Store,a dram is approx 11.dollars.
