We have a good relationship, work together but not in the same area, we play around (words) yet after his yes answer, I'm getting nothing. Brought it up one other time and he's still interested but still no date. What now?

don't sit back and wait on him, maybe he is shy......plan a date for you guys and maybe that will get him to come out and be more open with you

I agree with what everyone else had to say either he's not worth the time and effort maybe play hard to get ^_^ just a suggestion see if he really wants to be with you or you could always take the initiative and plan something I usually have to plan something with my bf you shuold try to have a lot of back up options to in case you both are busy good luck

ASk him out again, set a time and date to meet. If he blows you off then move on! There are plenty of fish in the sea!

Well...did you ask for a specific day...time...place to go?....Or did you just say would you like to go out sometime?....and then expect him to finish up with the details....I think you need to finish it up....like...."Okay....How about Saturday night?....We can go for dinner and catch a movie afterwards....Would that work for you?"....Maybe he is just waiting for you to finish up with the details since you are the one that asked. If he blows it off....then you know....wouldn't mess with it after that point. Good luck.

Leve it at that. if a guy is interested in you he will ask you out, so don´t bring it up anymore, but be cool around him, don´t act mad or stuff, if he is interested he will ask you out or bring it up. If he doesn´t find someone who is interested in you, you deserve it!

well why dont you ask him out for coffee or dinner or to a movie or an art gallery or something? you asked him out, no? then why expect him to ask you on the date that you initiated?
