Do I tell him something? I wouldn't do the same because I dont want to look as stupid as he does. It doesnt bother me all that much, because I know I could trash him a million times worse but I just wish it would stop.

Kill him with kindness, don't let him think that it bothers you or even that you notice.
He's only doing it for the attention and he'll quit if he isn't getting it. People will get tired of hearing it from him and they'll stop listening anyway.

If an X talks smalc about me, it's because he is jealous of the situation and wishes he had me again. So it's a way of him expressing himself through talking smack.

admit everything and smile real big everytime a lie has been said about you. And when some asks you again if it was true, just said it's a true as the time I made her bleed out her butt hole from thrusting so hard. Say something real bad to make her look like a total *** sponge

I had the same problem. Just let him/her make a fool out of him/herself by you NOT talking smack. I did that, and he looked really bad, like he wanted me back or something.
