You dont' have to wait. It's not really more romantic if you wait until Valentines Day, it's just more like a movie type situation. Don't wait for the release, go do it now!

guys don't believe in Romance, they believe in what thier eyes tell them. I'm judging by you question that you around 14 years old. Guys have no concept of value at that age.
Here's what I'm getting at. If you're hot he'll take your offer and go out with you because he's shallow.
