I have to come up with desserts that does not have sugar added for a banquet. I already have fruit salad. Are there anymore ideas out there. I would greatly appreciate your input (no sugars, sugar substitutes, honey, syrups added) Naturally sweetened is fine. Thanks

Not exactly the best for a banquet, as you need one apple per serving, but I make apples baked in apple juice, stuffed with chopped dried apricots and raisins. I don't really have a recipe, I just dump a bit of apple pie or pumpkin pie spice on top, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, add a dab of margarine or spread, and bake at 350F, basting every five or ten minutes or so after the apples begin softening.

I guess you could use the same basic recipe and make it as a casserole with sliced apples, instead of using cored whole apples. Maybe top it with chopped almonds and buttered bread cubes to give it a crunch.
