Definately go and see your doctor. I have no idea what that may be, but the sooner you can see a professional the better. There are a few medical websites you can take a look at like www.nhs24.com - they take you through all the yes and no questions and give possible diagnosis. They will also tell you how urgent it is to see a doctor.

Good luck - and dont leave it any longer before seeing someone.

My first thought is to see if your bones are aligned properly. Try to see a chiropractor who uses an activator as opposed to a 'bone cruncher'.
My second thought is to inform you about a book that teaches you how to get rid of your own pain. It has a 75% success rate. The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.

is this something new that just started how long has it been going on or have you reciently had a head injury
get this checked out soon if you have not reciently been hit in the head
