How the heck would my life be in danger as long as I'm in the US and not Western Pakistan? I'd just call the FBI, tell them where he is and collect the reward. Simple.

I would assume that tipping the FBI off as to where he is located would be like any local crime line. They probably wouldn't broadcast my name and locale to the world if I was concerned about my safety. So, yes.
