What's the best way to make a good souffle chocolate or whatever in little time.I have to go to bed in 30 minutes!

If you have to make it that quickly, then you have to use small containers. I would suggest using individual ramekins about 4" in diameter.

here is one the takes about 40 minutes XD

40 min 10 min prep
Change to: servings US Metric
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs, separated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

< 60 mins Appetizers
Californian Appetizers
Cheese Appetizers
Comfort Food Appetizers
High Calcium Appetizers
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Sprinkle in flour.
Add milk.
Stir until thickened.
Add grated cheese.
Pour mixture over beaten egg yolks.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into buttered ramekins.
Run thumb around lip of ramekins.
Bake for exactly 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

ingredients
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 to 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped,
crumbled or shredded cheese
Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt and freshly ground pepper
6 large eggs, separated
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 400°. Butter an 8-by-12-inch glass or ceramic baking dish. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over moderate heat. Add the flour and whisk until blended and bubbling. Gradually whisk in the milk and bring to a boil, whisking constantly; simmer for 3 minutes. Gradually whisk in the cheese until melted. Add mustard if desired and season generously with salt and pepper. Whisk in the egg yolks.
In a bowl, beat the egg whites until firm. Whisk half of the whites into the soufflé base, then fold the base into the remaining whites. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until browned and puffed. Serve hot.
